Snack Ideas

Greek Yoghurt & PB

Mix 2-3 tablespoons of plain Greek yoghurt with 1 tsp of all natural peanut butter. Top with blueberries and chia seeds.

No-Bake Protein Bars

In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of almond flour, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Mix well (if mixture is too dry, add a splash of almond milk). Press mixture evenly into a parchment lined dish. Spread 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter on top and then pour 1/3 cup of melted dark chocolate on top of that. Spread evenly and pop in the freezer for about 2 hours. Remove, cut into bars, and store in fridge for up to 5 days.

5 Ingredient Banana Bread

Blend 2 bananas, 2 cups of whole oats, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of honey and 1 tsp of baking soda in the food processor or blender. Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes ar 350 degrees.
